Pole Fitness 

Pole Fitness is a great way to improve strength, build muscle tone and improve posture. As well as increasing your flexibility, a Pole Fitness class will also help you burn calories and build confidence. 


Pole Fitness combines a combination of acrobatics and gymnastics alongside a truly amazing way to get fit. 


The beauty of Pole Fitness is that ANYONE can do it. It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are, it doesn’t matter what sort of fitness regime you have at the moment, it is suitable for everyone.

All the basics are taught within a safe and friendly environment with the option to progress further through the levels should you wish to continue after your introductory course. 


A typical class will start with a dynamic warm up which will include strength and flexibility conditioning on and off the pole. You will spend the majority of the session learning a variety of grips and tricks whilst working through the class syllabus. Every session is finished off with a cool down and stretching. 


Pole Fitness is one of the fastest growing fitness styles around. This is no ordinary workout, come along and try it for yourself! 

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop (also known as the lyra) gives you the opportunity to perform dynamic tricks, hangs and swings whilst suspended above the ground! 


The hoop provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines.  You will learn how to safely mount and dismount the hoop in a variety of ways as well as learning how to gracefully flow all your new moves together into a sequence. 


Aerial Hoop classes are great for building strength, stamina and increasing flexibility.  Classes will give you a full body workout with extra focus on your core and upper body.


Classes follow a structured syllabus and are taught within a safe and friendly environment. No previous experience is necessary. Classes are fun, exciting and an extremely addictive way to workout!
